Head back in time for our hands on, vintage and loose parts play extravaganza. Play in the Past will bring our amazing collection for your entire family to play with and enjoy.

  • Build cubbies with old fashioned materials

  • Construct towers and structures

  • Picnic in the Past featuring a range of loose parts

  • Dress up and role play, think more top hats and waistcoats rather than princesses and superheroes

  • Vintage games and so much more

Loose parts play, with a History twist!

Our play sessions are a wonder filled experience where grown ups get to connect with their children as they explore the treasures from their past. You will share memories in real time!

Join us in a secure gated venue, with an under cover area and a shaded playground. Perfect for busy and curious kiddos who are ready to jump into some fun this summer.

Suitable for ages 5 - 100!

Play is very important to us at Play in the Past. But not as important as your safety. By booking a ticket you accept the following terms and conditions.

  • Direct adult supervision is required at all times (grown ups will want to join in!)

  • Use the facilities in a respectful manner.

  • Play gently with all of the items.

  • Inform Nicola of any broken items immediately.

  • Only photograph your own child, ensuring faces are not included in the background.

  • Play in the Past may take photographs for business purposes but will not include a child’s face.
